Episode 4: Accounting for the Details in Your Life with Douglas Reed

Accounting for the details in your life can help turn difficult parts of your past into positive ways to encourage and set an example for younger Black men and women. In today’s episode, I talk with Douglas Reed, the Director of Partnerships for Black Men Heal, which provides mental health support, community resources, and education for men of color. Douglas is also retired from the military and the Federal Bureau of Prisons and worked in the height of mass incarceration in the 1990’s. He brings his experience, perspective, and leadership to young people through his work in Black Men Heal and Kings Corner.
